Equinix reported fiscal year 2021 executive compensation information on April 12, 2022.
In 2021, six Equinix executives received on average a compensation package of $9.7M, a 13% decrease compared to previous year.
Charles Meyers, Chief Executive Officer, received $23M in total, which decreased by 10% compared to 2020. 95% of Meyers' compensation, or $22M, was in stock awards. Meyers also received $256 in non-equity incentive plan, $1.1M in salary, as well as $47K in other compensation.
