Erasca reported fiscal year 2021 executive compensation information on April 28, 2022.
In 2021, three Erasca executives received on average a compensation package of $2.5M, a 26% increase compared to previous year.
Wei Lin, Chief Medical Officer, received $3.7M in total. 73% of Lin's compensation, or $2.7M, was in option awards. Lin also received $200K in bonus, $221K in non-equity incentive plan, $426K in salary, as well as $154K in other compensation.
Ebun S. Garner, General Counsel, received a compensation package of $2.9M. 85% of the compensation package, or $2.5M, was in option awards.
Jonathan E. Lim, Chief Executive Officer, earned $850K in 2021, a 57% decrease compared to previous year.
