Escalade reported fiscal year 2018 executive compensation information on March 26, 2019.
In 2018, three Escalade executives received on average a compensation package of $529K, a 16% increase compared to previous year.
David L. Fetherman, Chief Executive Officer, received $773K in total, which increased by 14% compared to 2017. 40% of Fetherman's compensation, or $309K, was in salary. Fetherman also received $125K in bonus, $242K in non-equity incentive plan, $86K in stock awards, as well as $12K in other compensation.
Stephen R. Wawrin, Chief Financial Officer, received a compensation package of $442K, which increased by 5% compared to previous year. 49% of the compensation package, or $218K, was in salary.
Patrick J. Griffin, Vice President, Corporate Development & Investor Relations, earned $373K in 2018, a 39% increase compared to previous year.
Escalade's fiscal year ends on December 25.
