Escalade reported fiscal year 2019 executive compensation information on March 25, 2020.
In 2019, three Escalade executives received on average a compensation package of $373K, a 30% decrease compared to previous year.
David L. Fetherman, Chief Executive Officer, received $532K in total, which decreased by 31% compared to 2018. 59% of Fetherman's compensation, or $316K, was in salary. Fetherman also received $109K in non-equity incentive plan, $92K in stock awards, as well as $15K in other compensation.
Stephen R. Wawrin, Chief Financial Officer, received a compensation package of $356K, which decreased by 19% compared to previous year. 63% of the compensation package, or $224K, was in salary.
Patrick J. Griffin, Vice President, Corporate Development & Investor Relations, earned $230K in 2019, a 38% decrease compared to previous year.
Escalade's fiscal year ends on December 25.
