Escalade reported fiscal year 2021 executive compensation information on March 25, 2022.
In 2021, four Escalade executives received on average a compensation package of $664K, a 38% decrease compared to previous year.
Walter P. Glazer, Jr, Chief Executive Officer, received $965K in total. 46% of Glazer's compensation, or $448K, was in non-equity incentive plan. Glazer also received $417K in salary, $69K in stock awards, as well as $31K in other compensation.
Stephen R. Wawrin, Chief Financial Officer, received a compensation package of $698K, which decreased by 21% compared to previous year. 44% of the compensation package, or $308K, was in salary.
Scott J. Sincerbeaux, Chief Executive Officer, earned $582K in 2021, a 69% decrease compared to previous year.
Patrick J. Griffin, Vice President, Corporate Development & Investor Relations, received $410K in 2021, which decreases by 12% compared to 2020.
Escalade's fiscal year ends on December 25.
