ESS Tech reported fiscal year 2022 executive compensation information on April 7, 2023.
In 2022, three ESS Tech executives received on average a compensation package of $3M, a 42% decrease compared to previous year.

Eric Dresselhuys, Chief Executive Officer, received $4.2M in total, which decreased by 66% compared to 2021. 78% of Dresselhuys' compensation, or $3.2M, was in stock awards. Dresselhuys also received $358K in bonus, $462K in salary, as well as $94K in other compensation.
Anthony Rabb, Chief Financial Officer, received a compensation package of $2.5M. 97% of the compensation package, or $2.4M, was in stock awards.
Craig Evans, Co-Founder, earned $2.3M in 2022, a 43% increase compared to previous year.
