Estee Lauder Companies reported fiscal year 2018 executive compensation information on September 27, 2018.
In 2018, five executives at Estee Lauder Companies received on average a compensation package of $17M, a 56% increase compared to previous year.
Fabrizio Freda, Chief Executive Officer, received $49M in total, which increased by 157% compared to 2017. 73% of Freda's compensation, or $35M, was in stock awards. William P. Lauder, Chairman, received $8.7M in 2018, which increases by 9% compared to 2017.
Tracey T. Travis, Chief Financial Officer, earned $7M in 2018, a 11% decrease compared to previous year.
Estee Lauder Companies' fiscal year ends on June 30.
