Etsy reported fiscal year 2018 executive compensation information on April 18, 2019.
In 2018, five Etsy executives received on average a compensation package of $2.8M, a 38% decrease compared to previous year.
Linda Kozlowski, Chief Operating Officer, received $8.5M in total, which increased by 517% compared to 2017. 57% of Kozlowski's compensation, or $4.8M, was in option awards. Kozlowski also received $350K in salary, $3.3M in stock awards, as well as $8.3K in other compensation.
