In 2019, five Etsy executives received on average a compensation package of $2.7M, a 5% decrease compared to previous year.
Rachel Glaser, Chief Financial Officer, received $3.5M in total, which increased by 56% compared to 2018. 41% of Glaser's compensation, or $1.4M, was in stock awards. Glaser also received $370K in non-equity incentive plan, $1.2M in option awards, $394K in salary, as well as $63K in other compensation.
