European Wax Center reported fiscal year 2021 executive compensation information on April 21, 2023.
In 2021, four executives at European Wax Center received on average a compensation package of $4.1M, a 457% increase compared to previous year.
David Berg, Chief Executive Officer, received $8.2M in total, which increased by 847% compared to 2020. 49% of Berg's compensation, or $4M, was in stock awards. Berg also received $2M in bonus, $930K in non-equity incentive plan, $564K in option awards, $675K in salary, as well as $16K in other compensation.
David Willis, Chief Financial Officer, received a compensation package of $3.6M. 72% of the compensation package, or $2.6M, was in stock awards.
Jennifer Vanderveldt, Chief Financial Officer, earned $3M in 2021, a 383% increase compared to previous year.
Gavin O'Connor, Chief Human Resources Officer, received $1.8M in 2021.
