European Wax Center reported fiscal year 2023 executive compensation information on April 19, 2024.
In 2023, four executives at European Wax Center received on average a compensation package of $1.9M, a 75% increase compared to previous year.
David Berg, Chief Executive Officer, received $3.2M in total, which increased by 121% compared to 2022. 34% of Berg's compensation, or $1.1M, was in stock awards. Berg also received $475K in non-equity incentive plan, $1.1M in option awards, $511K in salary, as well as $31K in other compensation.
David Willis, Chief Executive Officer, received a compensation package of $1.6M, which increased by 63% compared to previous year. 31% of the compensation package, or $510K, was in salary.
Andrea Wasserman, Chief Commercial Officer, earned $1.6M in 2023.
Gavin O'Connor, Chief Administrative Officer, received $1.2M in 2023, which increases by 48% compared to 2022.
