EVERBRIDGE reported fiscal year 2018 executive compensation information on April 5, 2019.
In 2018, five EVERBRIDGE executives received on average a compensation package of $4.4M, a 182% increase compared to previous year.
James Totton, Executive Vice President of Product Management, Engineering and Operations, received $8.5M in total. 69% of Totton's compensation, or $5.8M, was in option awards. Totton also received $168K in non-equity incentive plan, $243K in salary, as well as $2.3M in stock awards.
Jaime Ellertson, Chief Executive Officer, received a compensation package of $6.4M, which increased by 187% compared to previous year. 89% of the compensation package, or $5.7M, was in stock awards.
Robert Hughes, President, Go To Market, earned $5.5M in 2018, a 237% increase compared to previous year.
Imad Mouline, Chief Technology Officer, received $1.4M in 2018.
Kenneth S. Goldman, Chief Financial Officer, earned $429K in 2018, a 51% decrease compared to previous year.
