EverQuote reported fiscal year 2021 executive compensation information on April 26, 2022.
In 2021, six EverQuote executives received on average a compensation package of $1.9M, a 34% decrease compared to previous year.
Craig Lister, Chief Marketing Officer, received $3M in total. 81% of Lister's compensation, or $2.4M, was in stock awards. Lister also received $200K in bonus, $25K in non-equity incentive plan, $181K in salary, as well as $166K in other compensation.
For fiscal year 2021, the median employee pay was $94,637 at EverQuote. Therefore, the ratio of Craig Lister's pay to the median employee pay was 32 to one.
David Brainard, Chief Technology Officer, received a compensation package of $2.5M, which decreased by 2% compared to previous year. 88% of the compensation package, or $2.2M, was in stock awards.
Nicholas Graham, Chief Revenue Officer, earned $2.1M in 2021.
Jayme Mendal, Chief Executive Officer, received $1.4M in 2021, which decreases by 68% compared to 2020.
John Wagner, Chief Financial Officer, earned $1.4M in 2021, a 19% decrease compared to previous year.
