EverQuote reported fiscal year 2022 executive compensation information on April 28, 2023.
In 2022, four EverQuote executives received on average a compensation package of $1.9M, a 1% decrease compared to previous year.
Jayme Mendal, Chief Executive Officer, received $2.8M in total, which increased by 96% compared to 2021. 48% of Mendal's compensation, or $1.3M, was in option awards. Mendal also received $225K in non-equity incentive plan, $317K in salary, $892K in stock awards, as well as $4.4K in other compensation.
John Wagner, Chief Financial Officer, received a compensation package of $2M, which increased by 45% compared to previous year. 68% of the compensation package, or $1.4M, was in stock awards.
David Mason, General Counsel, earned $1.7M in 2022, a 63% increase compared to previous year.
David Brainard, Chief Technology Officer, received $1.1M in 2022, which decreases by 56% compared to 2021.
