In 2023, three EverQuote executives received on average a compensation package of $2.6M, a 41% increase compared to previous year.

Jayme Mendal, Chief Executive Officer, received $4.1M in total, which increased by 48% compared to 2022. 34% of Mendal's compensation, or $1.4M, was in bonus. Mendal also received $70K in non-equity incentive plan, $1.3M in option awards, $375K in salary, $949K in stock awards, as well as $4.8K in other compensation.
Julia Brncic, General Counsel, received a compensation package of $2M. 47% of the compensation package, or $956K, was in stock awards.
David Brainard, Chief Technology Officer, earned $1.8M in 2023, a 60% increase compared to previous year.
