EVgo CEO Catherine Zoi's 2022 pay rises 7% to $4.6M

EVgo reported fiscal year 2022 executive compensation information on April 6, 2023.
In 2022, three EVgo executives received on average a compensation package of $3.4M, a 2% increase compared to previous year.
Catherine Zoi, Chief Executive Officer, received $4.6M in total, which increased by 7% compared to 2021. 55% of Zoi's compensation, or $2.5M, was in stock awards. Zoi also received $425K in non-equity incentive plan, $1.1M in option awards, $500K in salary, as well as $6.8K in other compensation.
Dennis Kish, Chief Operating Officer, received a compensation package of $2.8M. 62% of the compensation package, or $1.8M, was in stock awards.
Olga Shevorenkova, Chief Financial Officer, earned $2.6M in 2022, a 10% increase compared to previous year.
