EVgo CEO Catherine Zoi's 2023 pay jumps 146% to $11M

EVgo reported fiscal year 2023 executive compensation information on April 3, 2024.
In 2023, four EVgo executives received on average a compensation package of $5.1M, a 53% increase compared to previous year.
Average pay of disclosed executives at EVgo
Catherine Zoi, Chief Executive Officer, received $11M in total, which increased by 146% compared to 2022. 80% of Zoi's compensation, or $9M, was in option awards. Zoi also received $500K in non-equity incentive plan, $500K in salary, $1.3M in stock awards, as well as $2.4K in other compensation.
Badar Khan, Chief Executive Officer, received a compensation package of $4.3M. 87% of the compensation package, or $3.8M, was in stock awards.
Olga Shevorenkova, Chief Financial Officer, earned $2.5M in 2023, a 6% decrease compared to previous year.
Dennis Kish, Chief Operating Officer, received $2.5M in 2023, which decreases by 14% compared to 2022.
