EnviroStar reported fiscal year 2024 executive compensation information on November 20, 2024.
In 2024, three EnviroStar executives received on average a compensation package of $2.6M, a 19% increase compared to previous year.

Henry M. Nahmad, Chief Executive Officer, received $5.9M in total, which increased by 31% compared to 2023. 76% of Nahmad's compensation, or $4.5M, was in stock awards. Nahmad also received $750K in bonus, $650K in salary, as well as $15K in other compensation.
Tom Marks, Executive Vice President, Business Development and President of West Region, received a compensation package of $1.2M, which decreased by 12% compared to previous year. 41% of the compensation package, or $500K, was in stock awards.
Robert H. Lazar, Chief Financial Officer, earned $600K in 2024, a 6% decrease compared to previous year.
