Evolus reported fiscal year 2019 executive compensation information on March 17, 2020.
In 2019, three Evolus executives received on average a compensation package of $1.7M, a 63% decrease compared to previous year.
David Moatazedi, Chief Executive Officer, received $2.3M in total, which decreased by 61% compared to 2018. 51% of Moatazedi's compensation, or $1.2M, was in option awards. Moatazedi also received $556K in non-equity incentive plan, $550K in salary, as well as $3.5K in other compensation.
Rui Avelar, Chief Medical Officer, received a compensation package of $1.8M, which decreased by 42% compared to previous year. 47% of the compensation package, or $862K, was in non-equity incentive plan.
Lauren Silvernail, Chief Financial Officer, earned $1M in 2019, a 72% decrease compared to previous year.
