Evolus reported fiscal year 2022 executive compensation information on May 8, 2023.
In 2022, four Evolus executives received on average a compensation package of $2M, a 2% increase compared to previous year.

David Moatazedi, Chief Executive Officer, received $3.6M in total, which increased by 2% compared to 2021. 33% of Moatazedi's compensation, or $1.2M, was in stock awards. Moatazedi also received $643K in non-equity incentive plan, $1.2M in option awards, $597K in salary, as well as $28K in other compensation.
Sandra Beaver, Chief Financial Officer, received a compensation package of $1.8M. 62% of the compensation package, or $1.1M, was in option awards.
Lauren Silvernail, Chief Financial Officer, earned $1.4M in 2022, a 18% increase compared to previous year.
Rui Avelar, Chief Medical Officer, received $1.3M in 2022, which increases by 2% compared to 2021.
