Expedia reported fiscal year 2019 executive compensation information on May 6, 2020.
In 2019, seven Expedia executives received on average a compensation package of $4.4M, a 29% decrease compared to previous year.
Mark D. Okerstrom, Chief Executive Officer, received $11M in total, which decreased by 14% compared to 2018. 90% of Okerstrom's compensation, or $10M, was in stock awards. Okerstrom also received $981K in salary and $94K in other compensation.
Barry Diller, Chairman, received a compensation package of $6.4M, which increased by 77% compared to previous year. 80% of the compensation package, or $5.1M, was in stock awards.
Robert J. Dzielak, Chief Legal Officer, earned $4.9M in 2019, a 32% decrease compared to previous year.
Alan R. Pickerill, Chief Financial Officer, received $3.2M in 2019, which decreases by 39% compared to 2018.
Eric M. Hart, Chief Financial Officer, earned $2.2M in 2019.
Peter M. Kern, Chief Executive Officer, received $1.9M in 2019, which decreases by 72% compared to 2018.
Lance A. Soliday, Chief Accounting Officer, earned $933K in 2019, a 1% decrease compared to previous year.
