Exponent reported fiscal year 2012 executive compensation information on April 17, 2013.
In 2012, five Exponent executives received on average a compensation package of $1.4M, a 8% increase compared to previous year.

Paul R. Johnston, Chief Executive Officer, received $2M in total, which increased by 10% compared to 2011. 30% of Johnston's compensation, or $600K, was in stock awards. Johnston also received $510K in bonus, $293K in option awards, $580K in salary, as well as $18K in other compensation.
Subbaiah V. Malladi, Chief Technical Officer, received a compensation package of $1.4M, which increased by 5% compared to previous year. 41% of the compensation package, or $587K, was in salary.
Richard L. Schlenker, Chief Financial Officer, earned $1.3M in 2012, a 10% increase compared to previous year.
Robert D. Caligiuri, Group Vice President, received $1.2M in 2012, which increases by 12% compared to 2011.
Elizabeth L. Anderson, Group Vice President, earned $1.1M in 2012, a 6% increase compared to previous year.
