Exponent reported fiscal year 2013 executive compensation information on April 16, 2014.
In 2013, five Exponent executives received on average a compensation package of $1.5M, a 5% increase compared to previous year.

Paul R. Johnston, Chief Executive Officer, received $2.2M in total, which increased by 9% compared to 2012. 31% of Johnston's compensation, or $680K, was in stock awards. Johnston also received $540K in bonus, $310K in option awards, $609K in salary, as well as $43K in other compensation.
Subbaiah V. Malladi, Chief Technical Officer, received a compensation package of $1.5M, which increased by 4% compared to previous year. 41% of the compensation package, or $612K, was in salary.
Richard L. Schlenker, Chief Financial Officer, earned $1.4M in 2013, a 6% increase compared to previous year.
Robert D. Caligiuri, Group Vice President, received $1.3M in 2013, which increases by 3% compared to 2012.
Paul D. Boehm, Group Vice President, earned $1.2M in 2013.
