Express reported fiscal year 2020 executive compensation information on April 30, 2021.
In 2020, five Express executives received on average a compensation package of $1.3M, a 42% decrease compared to previous year.
Timothy Baxter, Chief Executive Officer, received $2.3M in total, which decreased by 67% compared to 2019. 57% of Baxter's compensation, or $1.3M, was in stock awards. Baxter also received $1M in salary and $4.9K in other compensation.
Matthew Moellering, Chief Operating Officer, received a compensation package of $1.5M, which decreased by 8% compared to previous year. 56% of the compensation package, or $825K, was in salary.
Malissa Akay, Executive Vice President and Chief Merchandising Officer, earned $1M in 2020, a 29% decrease compared to previous year.
Sara Tervo, Chief Marketing Officer, received $827K in 2020, which decreases by 26% compared to 2019.
Periclis Pericleous, Chief Financial Officer, earned $687K in 2020, a 27% decrease compared to previous year.
Express' fiscal year ends on January 28.
