F5 Networks reported fiscal year 2020 executive compensation information on January 27, 2021.
In 2020, five executives at F5 Networks received on average a compensation package of $4.9M, a 9% increase compared to previous year.
François Locoh-Donou, Chief Executive Officer, received $11M in total, which increased by 15% compared to 2019. 82% of Locoh-Donou's compensation, or $8.9M, was in stock awards. Locoh-Donou also received $1.1M in non-equity incentive plan, $875K in salary, as well as $4.4K in other compensation.
