Fabrinet reported fiscal year 2018 executive compensation information on October 19, 2018.
In 2018, five Fabrinet executives received on average a compensation package of $5.6M, which is about the same as previous year.
David T. Mitchell, Chief Executive Officer, received $12M in total, which increased by 10% compared to 2017. 71% of Mitchell's compensation, or $8.2M, was in stock awards. Mitchell also received $950K in salary and $2.4M in other compensation.
Harpal S. Gill, Chief Operating Officer, received a compensation package of $5.2M, which decreased by 11% compared to previous year. 63% of the compensation package, or $3.3M, was in stock awards.
Seamus Grady, Chief Executive Officer, earned $5.1M in 2018.
Toh-Seng Ng, Chief Financial Officer, received $4M in 2018, which decreases by 10% compared to 2017.
Hong Q. Hou, Former Executive Vice President, Chief Technical Officer, earned $2.2M in 2018, a 32% increase compared to previous year.
Fabrinet's fiscal year ends on June 26.
