Fabrinet reported fiscal year 2019 executive compensation information on October 18, 2019.
In 2019, four Fabrinet executives received on average a compensation package of $4.5M, a 20% decrease compared to previous year.
Harpal S. Gill, Chief Operating Officer, received $6.4M in total, which increased by 22% compared to 2018. 54% of Gill's compensation, or $3.4M, was in stock awards. Gill also received $988K in non-equity incentive plan, $950K in salary, as well as $978K in other compensation.
Seamus Grady, Chief Executive Officer, received a compensation package of $5.7M, which increased by 13% compared to previous year. 72% of the compensation package, or $4.1M, was in stock awards.
Toh-Seng Ng, Chief Financial Officer, earned $5.1M in 2019, a 27% increase compared to previous year.
Hong Q. Hou, Former Executive Vice President, Chief Technical Officer, received $732K in 2019, which decreases by 67% compared to 2018.
Fabrinet's fiscal year ends on June 26.
