Fabrinet reported fiscal year 2021 executive compensation information on October 21, 2021.
In 2021, five Fabrinet executives received on average a compensation package of $5.9M, a 21% increase compared to previous year.
Toh-Seng Ng, Former Executive Vice President, Special Projects, received $8.4M in total, which increased by 43% compared to 2020.
Seamus Grady, Chief Executive Officer, received a compensation package of $7.9M, which is about the same as previous year. 74% of the compensation package, or $5.8M, was in stock awards.
Harpal S. Gill, Chief Operating Officer, earned $7.3M in 2021, a 1% increase compared to previous year.
Csaba Sverha, Chief Financial Officer, received $3.2M in 2021, which increases by 186% compared to 2020.
Edward T. Archer, Executive Vice President, Sales & Marketing, earned $2.9M in 2021, a 14% increase compared to previous year.
Fabrinet's fiscal year ends on June 26.
