Fabrinet reported fiscal year 2022 executive compensation information on October 20, 2022.
In 2022, four Fabrinet executives received on average a compensation package of $6.1M, a 3% increase compared to previous year.
Seamus Grady, Chief Executive Officer, received $9.9M in total, which increased by 26% compared to 2021. 72% of Grady's compensation, or $7.2M, was in stock awards. Grady also received $1.6M in non-equity incentive plan, $1M in salary, as well as $74K in other compensation.
Harpal S. Gill, Chief Operating Officer, received a compensation package of $7.6M, which increased by 5% compared to previous year. 59% of the compensation package, or $4.5M, was in stock awards.
Csaba Sverha, Chief Financial Officer, earned $3.7M in 2022, a 14% increase compared to previous year.
Edward T. Archer, Executive Vice President, Sales & Marketing, received $3.1M in 2022, which increases by 7% compared to 2021.
Fabrinet's fiscal year ends on June 26.
