FedEx reported fiscal year 2019 executive compensation information on August 12, 2019.
In 2019, seven FedEx executives received on average a compensation package of $7.7M, a 11% decrease compared to previous year.
Frederick W. Smith, Chief Executive Officer, received $16M in total, which decreased by 4% compared to 2018. 49% of Smith's compensation, or $7.7M, was in option awards. Smith also received $6.3M in non-equity incentive plan, $1.4M in salary, as well as $539K in other compensation.
David J. Bronczek, Chief Operating Officer, received a compensation package of $9.5M, which increased by 15% compared to previous year. 35% of the compensation package, or $3.3M, was in other compensation.
David L. Cunningham, JR, Chief Executive Officer, earned $8M in 2019, a 34% increase compared to previous year.
Robert B. Carter, Executive Vice President, FedEx Information Services and Chief Information Officer, received $6M in 2019, which decreases by 5% compared to 2018.
Alan B. Graf, Jr, Chief Financial Officer, earned $5.3M in 2019, a 18% decrease compared to previous year.
Mark R. Allen, General Counsel, received $4.8M in 2019.
Henry J. Maier, Chief Executive Officer, earned $4.7M in 2019.
FedEx's fiscal year ends on May 31.
