FedEx CEO Frederick Smith's 2020 pay falls 30% to $11M

FedEx reported fiscal year 2020 executive compensation information on August 10, 2020.
In 2020, five FedEx executives received on average a compensation package of $6.1M, a 21% decrease compared to previous year.
Frederick W. Smith, Chief Executive Officer, received $11M in total, which decreased by 30% compared to 2019. 67% of Smith's compensation, or $7.4M, was in option awards. Smith also received $1.8M of change in pension value and nonqualified deferred compensation earnings, $1.2M in salary, as well as $702K in other compensation.
Alan B. Graf, Jr, Chief Financial Officer, received a compensation package of $5.3M, which is about the same as previous year. 35% of the compensation package, or $1.9M, was of change in pension value and nonqualified deferred compensation earnings.
Rajesh Subramaniam, Chief Operating Officer, earned $5.2M in 2020.
Robert B. Carter, Executive Vice President, FedEx Information Servicesand Chief Information Officer, received $4.7M in 2020, which decreases by 21% compared to 2019.
Donald F. Colleran, Chief Executive Officer, earned $4.4M in 2020.
FedEx's fiscal year ends on May 31.
