Ferro reported fiscal year 2014 executive compensation information on March 23, 2015.
In 2014, four Ferro executives received on average a compensation package of $2.8M, a 10% increase compared to previous year.
Peter T. Thomas, Chief Executive Officer, received $6.9M in total, which increased by 34% compared to 2013. 49% of Thomas' compensation, or $3.4M, was in stock awards. Thomas also received $81K of change in pension value and nonqualified deferred compensation earnings, $1.3M in non-equity incentive plan, $909K in option awards, $865K in salary, as well as $329K in other compensation.
Jeffrey L. Rutherford, Chief Financial Officer, received a compensation package of $1.8M, which decreased by 16% compared to previous year. 31% of the compensation package, or $563K, was in stock awards.
Mark H. Duesenberg, General Counsel, earned $1.4M in 2014, a 14% decrease compared to previous year.
Ann E. Killian, Ex-Vice President, Human Resources, received $1.2M in 2014, which decreases by 11% compared to 2013.
