Ferro reported fiscal year 2015 executive compensation information on March 24, 2016.
In 2015, four Ferro executives received on average a compensation package of $2.3M, a 20% decrease compared to previous year.
Peter T. Thomas, Chief Executive Officer, received $5.1M in total, which decreased by 27% compared to 2014. 42% of Thomas' compensation, or $2.1M, was in stock awards. Thomas also received $821K in non-equity incentive plan, $915K in option awards, $891K in salary, as well as $290K in other compensation.
Jeffrey L. Rutherford, Chief Financial Officer, received a compensation package of $1.7M, which decreased by 9% compared to previous year. 34% of the compensation package, or $572K, was in stock awards.
Mark H. Duesenberg, General Counsel, earned $1.2M in 2015, a 9% decrease compared to previous year.
Ann E. Killian, Ex-Vice President, Human Resources, received $1.1M in 2015, which decreases by 9% compared to 2014.
