Ferro reported fiscal year 2016 executive compensation information on March 23, 2017.
In 2016, five Ferro executives received on average a compensation package of $2M, a 14% decrease compared to previous year.
Peter T. Thomas, Chief Executive Officer, received $5.4M in total, which increased by 7% compared to 2015. 39% of Thomas' compensation, or $2.1M, was in stock awards. Thomas also received $1.9K of change in pension value and nonqualified deferred compensation earnings, $1.2M in non-equity incentive plan, $914K in option awards, $913K in salary, as well as $228K in other compensation.
Jeffrey L. Rutherford, Chief Financial Officer, received a compensation package of $1.8M, which increased by 6% compared to previous year. 32% of the compensation package, or $567K, was in stock awards.
Mark H. Duesenberg, General Counsel, earned $1.4M in 2016, a 10% increase compared to previous year.
Benjamin Schlater, Chief Financial Officer, received $1.1M in 2016.
Ann E. Killian, Ex-Vice President, Human Resources, earned $153K in 2016, a 86% decrease compared to previous year.
