Ferro reported fiscal year 2019 executive compensation information on March 27, 2020.
In 2019, three Ferro executives received on average a compensation package of $2.5M, a 2% increase compared to previous year.
Peter T. Thomas, Chief Executive Officer, received $5M in total, which increased by 3% compared to 2018. 49% of Thomas' compensation, or $2.4M, was in stock awards.
