Ferro reported fiscal year 2020 executive compensation information on March 25, 2021.
In 2020, three Ferro executives received on average a compensation package of $2.8M, a 9% increase compared to previous year.
Peter T. Thomas, Chief Executive Officer, received $5.4M in total, which increased by 9% compared to 2019. 43% of Thomas' compensation, or $2.3M, was in stock awards. Thomas also received $75K of change in pension value and nonqualified deferred compensation earnings, $825K in non-equity incentive plan, $1M in option awards, $1M in salary, as well as $185K in other compensation.
