FibroGen reported fiscal year 2019 executive compensation information on April 23, 2020.
In 2019, six FibroGen executives received on average a compensation package of $6.1M, a 5% increase compared to previous year.
Thomas B. Neff, Chief Executive Officer, received $11M in total, which increased by 24% compared to 2018. 47% of Neff's compensation, or $5.4M, was in stock awards. Neff also received $5.3M in option awards, $687K in salary, as well as $21K in other compensation.
K. Peony Yu, Chief Medical Officer, received a compensation package of $5.9M, which increased by 29% compared to previous year. 52% of the compensation package, or $3M, was in stock awards.
James A. Schoeneck, Chief Executive Officer, earned $5.2M in 2019.
Elias Kouchakji, Senior Vice President, Clinical Development, Drug Safety, and Pharmacovigilance, received $5M in 2019.
Christine L. Chung, Senior Vice President, China Operations, earned $4.6M in 2019.
Pat Cotroneo, Chief Financial Officer, received $4.3M in 2019, which increases by 21% compared to 2018.
