Finisar reported fiscal year 2018 executive compensation information on July 26, 2018.
In 2018, six Finisar executives received on average a compensation package of $4.6M, a 68% increase compared to previous year.
Jerry S. Rawls, Chief Executive Officer, received $12M in total, which increased by 130% compared to 2017. 92% of Rawls' compensation, or $11M, was in stock awards. Rawls also received $513K in salary and $385K in other compensation.
Michael E. Hurlston, Chief Executive Officer, received a compensation package of $11M. 70% of the compensation package, or $7.3M, was in option awards.

Todd Swanson, Chief Operating Officer, received $1.5M in 2018, which decreases by 44% compared to 2017.
Kurt Adzema, Chief Financial Officer, earned $1.3M in 2018, a 32% decrease compared to previous year.
Julie S. Eng, Executive Vice President, GM, 3D Sensing, received $1.2M in 2018, which decreases by 20% compared to 2017.
Finisar's fiscal year ends on May 3.
