First Community reported fiscal year 2018 executive compensation information on April 12, 2019.
In 2018, three executives at First Community received on average a compensation package of $484K, a 40% increase compared to previous year.
Michael C. Crapps, Chief Executive Officer, received $707K in total, which increased by 22% compared to 2017. 58% of Crapps' compensation, or $410K, was in salary. Crapps also received $103K of change in pension value and nonqualified deferred compensation earnings, $91K in non-equity incentive plan, $89K in stock awards, as well as $14K in other compensation.
J. Ted Nissen, Executive Vice President and Chief Banking Officer, received a compensation package of $374K, which increased by 20% compared to previous year. 64% of the compensation package, or $238K, was in salary.
David K. Proctor, Executive Vice President and Chief Credit Officer, earned $371K in 2018, a 19% increase compared to previous year.
