First Data reported fiscal year 2018 executive compensation information on March 28, 2019.
In 2018, five First Data executives received on average a compensation package of $5.7M, a 81% decrease compared to previous year.
Frank J. Bisignano, Chief Executive Officer, received $12M in total, which decreased by 88% compared to 2017. 86% of Bisignano's compensation, or $10M, was in stock awards. Bisignano also received $1.3M in salary and $415K in other compensation.
