First Solar reported fiscal year 2019 executive compensation information on April 1, 2020.
In 2019, five executives at First Solar received on average a compensation package of $4.2M, a 7% increase compared to previous year.
Mark R. Widmar, Chief Executive Officer, received $8.5M in total, which increased by 21% compared to 2018. 70% of Widmar's compensation, or $6M, was in stock awards. Widmar also received $1.6M in non-equity incentive plan, $900K in salary, as well as $11K in other compensation.
