First Watch Restaurant Group reported fiscal year 2022 executive compensation information on April 10, 2023.
In 2022, three executives at First Watch Restaurant Group received on average a compensation package of $2M, a 72% increase compared to previous year.
Christopher A. Tomasso, Chief Executive Officer, received $3.2M in total, which increased by 141% compared to 2021. 62% of Tomasso's compensation, or $2M, was in option awards. Eric Hartman, Chief Development Officer, earned $1.1M in 2022, a 9% increase compared to previous year.
