Fiserv reported fiscal year 2018 executive compensation information on April 9, 2019.
In 2018, five Fiserv executives received on average a compensation package of $5.6M, a 24% increase compared to previous year.
Jeffery W. Yabuki, Chief Executive Officer, received $12M in total, which increased by 19% compared to 2017. 49% of Yabuki's compensation, or $6.1M, was in stock awards. Yabuki also received $1.5M in non-equity incentive plan, $4M in option awards, $840K in salary, as well as $7.2K in other compensation.

Byron C. Vielehr, Chief Administrative Officer, received a compensation package of $5.3M, which increased by 113% compared to previous year. 51% of the compensation package, or $2.7M, was in stock awards.
Robert W. Hau, Chief Financial Officer, earned $4.3M in 2018, a 14% increase compared to previous year.
Devin B. McGranahan, Group President, received $4.2M in 2018, which increases by 68% compared to 2017.
Lynn S. McCreary, Chief Legal Officer, earned $1.7M in 2018.
