Fiserv reported fiscal year 2019 executive compensation information on April 1, 2020.
In 2019, five Fiserv executives received on average a compensation package of $18M, a 231% increase compared to previous year.
Frank J. Bisignano, Chief Operating Officer, received $40M in total. 71% of Bisignano's compensation, or $28M, was in stock awards. Bisignano also received $9.5M in bonus, $1.5M in non-equity incentive plan, $564K in salary, as well as $332K in other compensation.
For fiscal year 2019, the median employee pay was $65,254 at Fiserv. Therefore, the ratio of Frank J. Bisignano's pay to the median employee pay was 617 to one.
Jeffery W. Yabuki, Chief Executive Officer, received a compensation package of $28M, which increased by 122% compared to previous year. 59% of the compensation package, or $16M, was in stock awards.
Byron C. Vielehr, EVP and Senior Group President, earned $8.6M in 2019, a 62% increase compared to previous year.
Devin B. McGranahan, EVP and Senior Group President, received $8.5M in 2019, which increases by 101% compared to 2018.
Robert W. Hau, Chief Financial Officer, earned $7.3M in 2019, a 71% increase compared to previous year.
