Fiserv reported fiscal year 2020 executive compensation information on April 6, 2021.
In 2020, six Fiserv executives received on average a compensation package of $9.6M, a 48% decrease compared to previous year.
Jeffery W. Yabuki, Chief Executive Officer, received $29M in total, which increased by 5% compared to 2019. 76% of Yabuki's compensation, or $22M, was in stock awards. Yabuki also received $5.9M in option awards, $349K in salary, as well as $613K in other compensation.
For fiscal year 2020, the median employee pay was $66,713 at Fiserv. Therefore, the ratio of Jeffery W. Yabuki's pay to the median employee pay was 432 to one.

Byron C. Vielehr, Chief Digital and Data Officer, received $2.4M in 2020, which decreases by 73% compared to 2019.
