Fiserv reported fiscal year 2021 executive compensation information on April 5, 2022.
In 2021, five Fiserv executives received on average a compensation package of $10M, a 8% increase compared to previous year.
Frank J. Bisignano, Chief Executive Officer, received $20M in total, which increased by 67% compared to 2020. 79% of Bisignano's compensation, or $16M, was in stock awards. Bisignano also received $2.7M in non-equity incentive plan, $1.3M in salary, as well as $262K in other compensation.
