FMC reported fiscal year 2019 executive compensation information on March 13, 2020.
In 2019, five FMC executives received on average a compensation package of $4.1M, a 3% increase compared to previous year.
PIERRE BRONDEAU, Chief Executive Officer, received $12M in total, which increased by 15% compared to 2018. 42% of BRONDEAU's compensation, or $4.8M, was in stock awards. BRONDEAU also received $3M in non-equity incentive plan, $2M in option awards, $1.2M in salary, as well as $581K in other compensation.
For fiscal year 2019, the median employee pay was $51,332 at FMC. Therefore, the ratio of PIERRE BRONDEAU's pay to the median employee pay was 225 to one.
MARK DOUGLAS, Chief Operating Officer, received a compensation package of $3.9M, which increased by 38% compared to previous year. 32% of the compensation package, or $1.2M, was in stock awards.
Andrew Sandifer, Chief Financial Officer, earned $2.4M in 2019, a 102% increase compared to previous year.
Michael Reilly, General Counsel, received $2.2M in 2019.
ANDREA UTECHT, General Counsel, earned $527K in 2019, a 73% decrease compared to previous year.
