FMC reported fiscal year 2021 executive compensation information on March 11, 2022.
In 2021, five FMC executives received on average a compensation package of $3.3M, a 5% decrease compared to previous year.
MARK DOUGLAS, Chief Executive Officer, received $8.5M in total, which increased by 44% compared to 2020. 39% of DOUGLAS' compensation, or $3.3M, was in stock awards. DOUGLAS also received $2.3M in non-equity incentive plan, $1.4M in option awards, $1.1M in salary, as well as $356K in other compensation.
For fiscal year 2021, the median employee pay was $54,297 at FMC. Therefore, the ratio of MARK DOUGLAS' pay to the median employee pay was 156 to one.
Andrew Sandifer, Chief Financial Officer, received a compensation package of $2.6M, which increased by 21% compared to previous year. 32% of the compensation package, or $837K, was in non-equity incentive plan.
