F.N.B. reported fiscal year 2018 executive compensation information on March 29, 2019.
In 2018, five F.N.B. executives received on average a compensation package of $2.3M, a 10% increase compared to previous year.
Vincent J. Delie, Jr, Chief Executive Officer, received $6M in total, which increased by 11% compared to 2017. 50% of Delie's compensation, or $3M, was in stock awards. Delie also received $1.6M in non-equity incentive plan, $1.1M in salary, as well as $265K in other compensation.
Vincent J. Calabrese, Jr, Chief Financial Officer, received a compensation package of $2.1M, which increased by 12% compared to previous year. 42% of the compensation package, or $869K, was in stock awards.
Gary L. Guerrieri, Chief Credit Officer, earned $1.3M in 2018, a 2% increase compared to previous year.
Robert M. Moorehead, Chief Wholesale Banking Officer, received $1.2M in 2018, which increases by 12% compared to 2017.
Barry C. Robinson, Chief Consumer Banking Officer, earned $1.1M in 2018, a 13% increase compared to previous year.
