F.N.B. reported fiscal year 2019 executive compensation information on March 27, 2020.
In 2019, five F.N.B. executives received on average a compensation package of $2.6M, a 13% increase compared to previous year.
Vincent J. Delie, Jr, Chief Executive Officer, received $6.4M in total, which increased by 8% compared to 2018. 47% of Delie's compensation, or $3.1M, was in stock awards. Delie also received $40K of change in pension value and nonqualified deferred compensation earnings, $2M in non-equity incentive plan, $1.1M in salary, as well as $247K in other compensation.
Vincent J. Calabrese, Jr, Chief Financial Officer, received a compensation package of $2.3M, which increased by 12% compared to previous year. 41% of the compensation package, or $952K, was in stock awards.
Gary L. Guerrieri, Chief Credit Officer, earned $1.7M in 2019, a 30% increase compared to previous year.
Robert M. Moorehead, Chief Wholesale Banking Officer, received $1.4M in 2019, which increases by 18% compared to 2018.
Barry C. Robinson, Chief Consumer Banking Officer, earned $1.2M in 2019, a 16% increase compared to previous year.
